How do I get my learning materials for off-line study?
You can download files sent to you by your teachers for off-line reading. Login to your account and click "Download".
You can also read on-line, the pdf documents and other documents sent to you by your teachers by clicking "Read".
The purpose of off-line study is to complement the knowledge gained in the class.
What if I need additional training?
If you need additional training /and skills to be confident, you can speak to your teachers through

What is Live Class?
Live Class
is a face-to-face interaction with your teachers. There, your real-time assessment is obtained.
How do I register/join Live Class?
To book a Live-Class, select any date/time from the lists of available Live-Class.
A link would be automatically genrated for you.
Click the link at the appointed time to join your Live-Class.
Can I have a face-to-face discussions with my teachers?
Yes. You will have to book your place in the Live Class prior to the start of the Live Class by clicking on
"Book Live-Class"
.
Can I study multiple courses at same time?
Yes. You can register multiple courses at same time. All your registered courses would be automatically added to your list of registered courses.
Can I change my login details?
Yes. You can change your login password any time you want.
To do this, you will provide your current password and the new password you wish to change to.
Confirm your new password and click "Change Password" button.
Note:
Your current password is the password you used for your most recent account login.
What if I forget my login password
If you have forgotten your current password, use
"Forgot Password?"
in the login home page.
